硬脊膜下肿瘤的MRI特征分析

目的:探讨椎管内硬膜下肿瘤的MRI表现特点,评价MRI诊断价值。方法:经手术病理证实的硬膜下肿瘤52例,分析病变部位、形态、大小、MRI影像特征及与周围组织的关系。结果:髓外硬膜下肿瘤均有硬膜下特征表现,神经鞘瘤、神经纤维瘤、脊膜瘤发病部位、病变形态、与周围组织关系及MRI信号均有各自特点。结论:硬膜下肿瘤MRI检查都有其特征表现,其信号反映了肿瘤内病理基础,MRI对髓外硬膜下肿瘤有定性诊断价值。

Diagnosis of MRI on Subdural Extramedullary Tumors in Spinal Canal

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MRI on subdural extramedullary tumors in the spinal canal.Methods Fifty-two patients with subdural extramedullary tumors in spinal canal confirmed by pathology were enrolled,and their clinical data about leisions location,shape,size,characteristics of MRI and their relationship with adjacent tissues were analyzed.Results All cases of subdural extramedullary tumors showed characterized features of MRI signal.The location,shape,size,relationship with adjacent tissues and MRI signal of neurilemmoa,neurofibroma,spinal meningioma were all difference.Conclusion The MRI features of subdural extramedullary tumors in spinal canal were characterized and the MRI signal could demonstrate the pathology of tumor tissures.MRI may have a diagnostic value for tumor qualitation.
