| 摘 要： | 目的了解功能性鼻内镜手术后患者对自身疾病了解程度和相关护理知识的掌握，以及临床医生的反馈意见，为术后护理制定相应对策。方法采用自行设计的调查表，针对鼻内镜术后换药相关事项，对鼻内镜术后375例患者和换药医生进行问卷调查。结果鼻内镜术后患者在鼻腔清洗、饮食指导方面需求最高，最关心的是术后换药时如何应对疼痛。结论术后应加强与患者沟通，使患者了解术后换药的重要性，积极配合，并结合患者个体情况，有针对性地进行健康教育。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate understanding of disease and related knowleoge of nursing by patients after functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS);and to provide countermeasures for post-FESS nursing based on the feedbacks of clinicians.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the post-FESS dressing change in 375 patients and involved doctors.Results The post-FESS patients had a great demand in knowledge of nasal cleaning and the diet guidance.
