2004年济宁市城区部分中小学生视力调查

目的]掌握济宁市城区中小学生视力低下状况，以便制定切实有效的措施。方法]1004年3～5月，对济宁市城区12所中小学校的部分学生进行视力检测。结果]检查13574人，视力低下率为71．03％。视力低下者中，轻度占28．12％，中度占27．13％，重度占44．75%。视力低下率，男生为66．13％，女生为76．59％（P〈0．01）；小学生为33．23％，初中生为73．59％，高中生为92．99％（P〈0．01）。视力低下者中，重度所占比例小学生为7．79％，初中生为31．27％，高中生为56．38％（P〈0．01）。结论]济宁市城区中小学生视力低下率逐渐增高，应加大预防措施。

Analysis of Eyesight Status among Pupils in Urban Area of Ji'ning in 2004

Objective]To understand the status of pupils' eyesight in Jining.Methods]According to the criteria of National Researches on Student' s Constitution and Health,13 574 pupils were randomly selected in rural area of Jining.Results]71.03% of 13 574 pupils was myopia,among which the percentages of high myopia,moderate myopia and low myopia were 19.97%,19.27% and 31.79% respectively.With grades increasing,the prevalence of myopia was rising,which were 33.23%,73.59% and 92.99% in primary school,junior middle school and senior middle school respectively.Conclusion]The prevalence of myopia of pupils in rural area of Jining was high and comprehensive measures should be taken.
