多原发性恶性肿瘤的诊断与治疗

本组１４例多原发性恶性肿瘤，其中同时和异时发生者各７例，以女性生殖系统肿瘤多见，其次为消化道与泌尿系统。多原发性恶性肿瘤的治疗有异于单发恶性肿瘤的转移与复发，一旦确诊每处原发性肿瘤均行根治性手术切除，不能根治者则行姑息性切除，同时辅助化和疗等措施，仍能取得较好疗效。

A REPORT OF 14 CASES OF MULTIPLE PRIMARY MALIGNANT TUMORS

Presented in this paper is a report of 14 cases of multiple primary malignant tumors,of which 7 are synchronous occurrence and 7 metachronous occurrence.The tumors locate mainly in the reproductive system of women arid secondly in digestive tract and the urinary system.The therapeutic modalities of multiple primary tumors are different from those of metastasis and recurrence of simple primary tumor.The radical resection must be performed for all lesions of primary tumors once the diagnosis established.The palliative resection combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy is necessary for the patients if the radical resection is impossible.
