氦氧100m饱和-112m巡回潜水的医学保障

摘    要:4名潜水员在甲板加压舱(DCC)内1.1MPa氦氧饱和条件下暴露72h4min,并分别经潜水钟(SCC)到112m深度作15min的巡潜。饱和潜水期间,DCC内氧分压控制在40kPa,氮分压低于136kPa,氦分压为925kPa,二氧化碳分压小于10kPa。SCC内氧分压为45kPa,二氧化碳分压控制在1kPa以内。巡潜时潜水员呼吸氧分压为110kPa的氦氧混合气。减压按英国海军表修正方案。在潜水现场条件较差的情况下,未发生减压病、氧中毒、缺氧症和其它疾病;除有时晕船以外,潜水员生理状况和主观感觉良好,顺利完成了各项水下作业任务。

Abstract:our divers were exposed to 1. 1MPa He-O2 saturation pressure in the DCC for 72h 4min,During this period, excursion dives to a depth of 112m for 15min were conducted by means of the SCC. At the storage depth in the DCC,the partial pressure of O2 was kept at 40kPa,that of N2 below 136kPa with He 925kPa and CO2 no more than 10kPa;While in the SCC,the partial pressure of O2 was maintained at 45kPa and that of CO2 within the range of 1kPa. During excursion diving,the divers breathed He-O2 mixture with O2 partial pressure of 110kPa. Decompression was completed using the decompres-sion profile of the revised British Royal Naval Saturation Diving Decompression Table. Under unfavorable open-sea dive conditions,no divers suffered from decompressiori sickness,oxygen poisoning,anoxia and other diseases. The divers successfully complet-ed all the underwater tasks with pretty good physical state and subjective feeling except for some seasickness at times.
