| 摘 要： | 本文报告１９８７年８月～１９９３年１０月为６例病人施行了膀胱癌全膀胱切除术后可控性低压回肠膀胱重建术，其中男性５例，女性１例。新建的膀胱采用４０ｃｍ肠管剖开后“Ｓ”形缝合成低压储尿袋并原位与尿道吻合，输尿管末端与回肠吻合并向回肠内套叠以形成一乳头瓣起伉返流作用，本组均顺利完成手术，无１例死亡，术后随访除１例女性患者术后６个月因继发感染死亡外其余５例已随访３年～４年，所有病人白天均能自控排尿，每次尿量＞３００ｍｌ，排尿间隔约３小时～４小时，术后并发症有腹部尿瘘１例，切口感染１例，均于治疗后痊愈。

| Abstract: | patients bitch bladder carcinoma were treated from Aug 1987 to Oct 1993 with a contieent ileal pouch for the replacement of bladder after total cystectomy.The ileal pouch made with an ilcalsegment of 40 on in longth was anastomosed to the membranous urethra and reflux was prevented by an intussusception nipple valve of the ileum.The mean postoperative follow up has been 12 month,and all patients have been continent in the daytime postopera tively,2 of them need pads at night while the other 4 have no trouble whatsoever.Urinary leakage was observed in a patient. |
