| 摘 要： | 目的探讨四肢大面积组织缺损的修复方法。方法采用各种游离皮瓣及肌皮瓣修复四肢皮肤缺损。结果80例全部成功,随访10年四肢功能和外形恢复良好,未出现并发症。结论游离皮瓣及肌皮瓣修复四肢周围软组织缺损效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the repairing method of large scale tissue defect of limb. Methods Using variant free skin flap and muscle-skin flap to repair the skin defect of limbs. Results All the 80 cases have achieved success, the function and outlined form of limbs involved restored well, no complications appeared in the donor site. Conclusion Free skin flap and muscle-skin flap are good for repairing peripheral soft tissue defect of limbs. |
