冰冻切片质量控制对病理诊断准确性的影响

目的：分析冰冻切片病理诊断准确性及影响因素。方法：收集4780例冰冻切片诊断结果和常规病理组织学诊断结果进行对比分析。结果；冰冻切片诊断准确率在98．1％（4690／4780），其中优片率达81％（3872／4780）。结论：冰冻切片质量对病理诊断准确性影响较大，对手术中确定病变性质和选择合理的治疗方案具有重要价值。

Analysis on pathological diagnosis accuracy of frozen sections

Objective：To analyze the accuracy and effective factors of pathological diagnosis for frozen section pathological diagnosis. Methods：Frozen sections from 4 780 eases and routine pathohistological examined result were analyzed.Results： The accuracy of frozen section on benign,inciderline and malignant were 98.1%（4 689/4 780） and 81%（3 872/4 780） respectively.Conclusion：The results suggest frozen section play an important role in the nature of lesions which was decided and schema of operation was sele.
