探讨联合经阴道二维及三维超声成像技术对宫腔黏连的诊断价值

目的:探讨联合经阴道二维与三维超声技术诊断宫腔黏连的临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年9月收治的疑似宫腔黏连患者70例作为研究对象,所有患者均同时行阴道二维超声联合经阴道三维超声检查诊断,并以宫腔镜结果作为金标准,对比联合超声技术对宫腔黏连诊断符合率、灵敏度及特异度。结果:70例疑似宫腔黏连患者经宫腔镜检查,确诊者63例。经阴道二维超声联合经阴道三维超声检查确诊者为59例,超声联合诊断符合率与金标准相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且联合诊断灵敏度96.7%、特异度89.5%。结论:在宫腔黏连诊断中,采用联合经阴道二维及三维超声技术进行检查,符合率较高,同时还具有较高的灵敏度,可为临床提供有效的参考依据,值得推广。

Study on diagnostic value of combined transvaginal two dimensional and three dimensional ultrasonic imaging for intrauterine adhesion

Objective To observe the value of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound combined with threedimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine adhesions.Methods From November 2018 to September 2019,70 patients with suspected uterine adhesions in our hospital were selected as the study objects.All patients were diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound,and the hysteroscopic results were taken as the gold standard.The coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis were compared.Results of the 70 suspected cases,63 were confirmed by hysteroscopy.59 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal twodimensional ultrasound combined with transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound.There was no significant difference in the coincidence rate of ultrasound combined with gold standard(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity were 96.7% and 89.5% respectively.Conclusion In the diagnosis of uterine adhesions,transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound combined with transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound has a high coincidence rate,but also has a high sensitivity,which can provide an effective reference for clinical practice and is worth promoting.
