| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声造影对原位肝移植术后患者移植肝动脉血栓形成（HAT）的诊断价值。方法6例原位肝移植术后患者，彩色多普勒超声诊断为移植肝动脉血栓形成和肝动脉血流异常，再行超声造影检查。结果3例患者经超声造影证实为HAT，并经手术证实，其余3例超声造影后清晰显示肝动脉。结论超声造影对原位肝移植术后HAT具有重要的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of hepatic artery thrombosis （HAT） after orthotopic liver transplantation by contrast- enhanced ultrasound （CEUS）. Methods Six patients after orthotopic liver transplantation were diagnosed HAT and hepatic arterial flow dysiunction by color Doppler ultrasonography（ CDUS）, then they were examined by CEUS. Results Three patients were HAT confirmed by CEUS and operation, the other three cases were display arteria hepatica clearly -after contrast- enhanced uhrasound. Conclusion CEUS has important value in the diagnosis of HAT after orthotopic liver transplantation. |
