| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果.方法:将132例幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性患者,随机分为4个治疗小组:OFA组、OFC组、OMC组和OAC组,口服给药,bid,疗程为一周.运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价.结果:4种治疗方案的成本依次为315.88元、493.54元、494.17元、521.78元,Hp的根除率依次为65.6%、90.9%、70.9%、90.3%.结论:OFC组方案为最佳药物治疗方案.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the economic effect of different therapeutic schemes in the treatment of the same illness.Methods:132 cases of patients with positive Hp were collected from literatures and were randomly divided into four groups receiving different medication(OFA?OFC?OMC and OAC).All patients took drugs two times daily,and the treatment course of every patient was one week.The data was evaluated with cost-effectiveness analysis.Results:The costs of these 4 kinds of drug treatment projects were 315.88 yuan,493.54 yuan,494.17 yuan and 521.78 yuan.Eradication rate of Hp was 65.6%?90.9%?70.9% and 90.3%,respectively.Conclusion:Group OFC is considered to be the best drug treatment project. |
