老年睡眠障碍患者服用咪达唑仑的临床分析

目的了解咪达唑仑治疗老年睡眠障碍患者的疗效与不良反应。方法以问卷调查的形式收集老年患者口服咪达唑仑资料175份,分析剂量、持续用药时间与主观疗效和观察不同剂量与睡眠维持时间及不良反应之间的关系。结果175例患者中有97%主观疗效为很好或较好,7.5 mg和15 mg两剂量组间在主观疗效与睡眠维持时间上无显著性差异。持续用药时间不同的患者主观疗效评价相似。不良反应常见为顺行性遗忘,其次为宿醉、躯体或精神依赖、反跳性失眠,少见的为迅速深睡、异常行为。结论老年患者服用咪达唑仑安全有效且顺应性好,7.5 mg与15 mg在临床疗效上相当,服用15 mg时不良反应增加。

Clinic observation on the therapeutic effects and adverse effects of midazolam in the treatment of aged patients

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and adverse effects of midazolam in the treatment of aged patients.Methods Clinical data were obtained by collecting questionnaires of 175 aged patients treated with midazolam for sleep disorders.The patients were divided into different groups by treating doses and lengths to study their respective relations to patients' subjective evaluation of midazolam.The relation between dose and sleep time,and that of dose and adverse effects,were also studied.Results Of the 175 patients,97% considered midazolam as "good" or "excellent" on treating sleep disorders.There were no significant differences in clinical effects of midazolam between 7.5 mg-and 15 mg-treatment group when evaluated by patients' subjective effects and sleeping time.And the same result of midazolam was found in different treatment length groups.In our study,the major adverse effects was anterograde amnesia,and less frequent side-effects were drowsiness,physical or mental addiction,and rebound insomnia,and the least were "fast asleep" and abnormal behavior.Conclusion Midazolam is safe and effective for treating aged patients with sleep disorders.In the present study,it is found that 7.5mg midazolam produces the similar clinical effects as 15mg,but that 15mg seems to cause more adverse effects than 7.5mg.Therefore,we suggest the best dose of midazolam may be 7.5mg when first used for aged patients.
