国产甲苯咪唑(微粒型)试验治疗鼠体继发性棘球蚴感染的初步观察

离体原头蚴经1％甲苯咪唑药液处理48小时死亡率为50.4％,经152小时,原头蚴全部死亡,对照组死亡率为34％。用O.5％甲苯咪唑悬液对阳性小鼠进行腹腔注射2ml/天,共12次,腹腔内棘球蚴全部萎陷,角皮层变性,生发层坏死,周围有细胞反应。用甲苯咪唑1g/kg饲料(近似50mg/kg bw/d)喂感染棘球蚴小鼠60天、100天,疗效均不彻底,在囊团内有残存活囊。用甲苯咪唑3g/kg饲料(近似150mg/kg bw/d)喂100天,20只鼠腹腔棘球蚴全部萎陷崩溃、囊壁变性坏死,周围有细胞反应。国产甲苯咪唑对动物棘球蚴及原头蚴有直接致死作用。疗效与药量和饲期有关。

The Lethal Effects of Home-made Mebendazole onProtoscolices in Vitro and SecondaryHydatid Cyst in Mice

Oral administration of mebendazole at ratio of lg/kg and 3g/kg feeds (approx, 50mg/kg body weight/day)for 60-100 days killed secondary hydatid cyst in mice. Two groups were given feeds containing lg/kg for 60-100 days which could kill free cyst in peritoneal cavity but did not destroy innermost cyst of cystic masses. Treatment of the hydatid cyst with mebendazole 3g/kg in feeds for 100days caused all cysts to collapse and destroyed all germinal membrane tissue, Mice were administered 0.5 mebendazole 2ml/day by intraperitoneal injection for 12 times totally, which resulted in all cysts to collapse and necrosis of germinal membrane tissue, After treating with 1% mebendazole suspension for 152 hours, all protoscolices were destroyed, but the mortality of control was 34% only. This result showed that mebendazole had direct lethal effects to secondary hydatid cyst in micc.
