毛子草防治胆石症的实验研究

目的:为验证毛子草具有防治胆石症的作用并探讨其防石机理。方法:本实验采用致石饲料制造豚鼠胆囊结石模型。结果:模型组胆囊成石率达87.5％(P<0.001);两治疗组豚鼠分别喂饲毛子草0.7、2.1g/kg 体重连续60天,胆囊成石率下降至50％和37.5％(P=0.05,P<0.01)。结论:毛子草有体内防石作用。毛子草的防石机理是提高胆汁中的胆汁酸,降低总胆红素、游离胆红素及钙含量;增加胆汁流量;抑制和杀灭胆道感染常见致病菌,如大肠杆菌、伤寒杆茵、金黄色葡萄球菌和粪链球菌等多条途径。

Experimental Study on Preventive and Therapeutic Effects of Herba Incarvillea Arguta to Gallstone

Objective:To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of Herba Incarvillea Arguta (HIA) to gallstone forma- tion.Methods:Modal of gallstone made by feeding lithogenic diet to guinea-pigs was given orally with HIA 0.7 g/kg (low dose group) or 2.1 g/kg (high dose group) per day,for 60 days.Results:The gallstone formation rate of the model group was 87.5%,and in the HIA treated groups,it lowered to 50% (low dose group) and 37.5% (high dose group).Conclu- sion:HIA has the effect of preventing gallstone formation.Its mechanism might be multi-sided,including to increase cholic acid and decrease total bilirubin,unconjugated bilirubin and calcium content in bile,increase bile flow,inhibit or kill the common pathogenic bacteria in biliary infection,such as Escherichia coli,Salmonella typhi,Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus faecalis.
