深圳市南山区高危人群艾滋病知识态度观念调查

目的：通过调查深圳南山区高危人群对艾滋病的知识、态度以及行为情况，为艾滋病的综合防治提供科学依据。方法：对深圳市南山区2242名高危人群行艾滋病知识、态度及行为问卷调查。结果：高危人群在艾滋病的三个传播途径的知晓率均达到85％以上，但日常生活是否传染艾滋病不甚了解，正确率只占49．87%。来自不同地区的从业人员艾滋病知晓率有差异。在性观念上持开放态度的仅占17．52％，但发廊及酒店服务从业人员持性开放态度者比例相对较高。结论：健康教育应根据人群不同，侧重面应有所调整。对目标人群开展上岗前健康教育，树立健康观念和态度是是十分重要的。针对性观念相对开放的职业人群，健康教育应注重预防疾病的具体方法，使他(她)们具备更多的自我保护知识。

Survey on AIDS- related KABP Within High- risk Population in Nanshan District,Shenzhen

Objective:To investigation the knowledge and attitude as well as behavior about AIDS in high-risk population in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Methods: 2 242 high-risk persons were inquired in the survey. Results:The average awareness of the 3 transmission routes of AIDS in high-risk population reached 85%, accuracy were only 17.52% about whether transmission of AIDS in daily live. It is different in the population come from different areas about awareness of AIDS. Conclusion:Health education should be variety in different social groups and it is important that health education should be progressed. we should focus on the specific methods to prevent diseases, and ensure self-protection better to be free from STDs.
