| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Pilon骨折切开复位内固定手术时机的选择。方法对1999—2008年手术治疗Pilon骨折47例进行随访,所有病人均随访12~23个月。采用BAIRD等制定的踝关节评分系统对治疗效果进行评估。结果优31例,良10例,可6例,手术优良率为87.2%。结论手术时机的选择应根据软组织损伤程度及骨折类型确定。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method of plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of Pilon fracture and its outcome. Methods A total of 47 patients with Pilon Fracture were treated with plate osteosynthesis from 1999 to 2008. Results According to the scoring system by Baird, et al, the outcome was excellent in 31, good in 10 and fair in 6 patients. The excellent and good rate was 87.2%.
