利巴韦林注射液与其他4种注射液配伍稳定性研究

目的:考察室温8h内,利巴韦林注射液与4种不同药物(穿琥宁注射液、注射用头孢拉定、鱼腥草注射液、替硝唑氯化钠注射液)在5%葡萄糖溶液中的配伍稳定性。方法:采用褶合光谱法,结合外观和pH检查法,并以差谱值的形式予以定量表达。结果:在5%葡萄糖溶液中利巴韦林注射液与4种药物配伍,8h内外观均无变化,pH值基本不变,差谱值均小于10%。结论:室温8h内利巴韦林注射液与4药物在5%的葡萄糖中配伍均稳定。

Compatibility stability of ribavirin injection with the other four kinds of injections

Objective: We investigated the compatibility stability of ribavirin injection with other 4 kinds of different injections(potassium dehydroandrogrpholide succinate injection and cefradine for injection,herba houttuyniae injection and tinidazde sodium chloride injection) in 5% of the glucose solution at room temperature for 8h.Method: We used the convolution spectrometry and observed the changes in pH and appearance.The results were described quantitatively with subtract spectrometry value.Results: There was no obvious change when ribavirin injection was compatible with the other four kinds of injections in the appearances and pH value in 8 h.The subtract spectrometry values were less than10%.Conclusion: Ribavirin injection mixed with other four kinds of medicine is stable at room temperature for 8 h.
