| 摘 要： | 全身热疗是恶性肿瘤综合治疗的手段之一。研究表明,当全身温度都升高到约41.8～42.0℃时,通过热作用可以选择性的杀灭肿瘤细胞,并控制肿瘤细胞的广泛转移。全身热疗不仅可以直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,而且可以激发机体免疫系统活性、增强放化疗的敏感性和抑制肿瘤的血管形成从而达到诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的目的。就全身热疗与化疗、放疗、免疫治疗、基因治疗相结合诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的机制的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Whole body hyperthermia is the one of combined therapy of tumour. Results of researches indicate that when the temperature of the body reaches to 41.8- 42.0℃, the effect of heating will kill tumor cells and control the wide metastasis of tumor cells. Whole body hyperthermia not only can kill tumor cells directly, but also can stimulate the activity of immune system, enhance the sensitivity to chemotherapy and radiotherapy,inhibit angiogenesis in tumor. All these can finally lead to apoptosis of tumor cells. This review presents the current knowledge on mechanism resulting in tumor cell apoptesis of hyperthermia together with chemotherapy radiotherapy immunotherapy and gene therapy. |
