Objective?To explore and analyze the effect of different anesthesia maintenance in gynecological tumor surgery Methods?266 patients with gynecological tumors treated in Central South Hospital of Wuhan University were randomly divided into groups A and B with 133 cases in each group. Group A received simple intravenous infusion of propofol and group B received intravenous infusion of propofol + inhaled sevoflurane. The postoperative operation and the evaluation of different indexes were compared between the two groups. Results?There was significant difference in postoperative recovery between the two groups (P<0.05); There were significant differences in map and hr before and after pneumoperitoneum and at the end of operation between the two groups (P<0.05); Six hours after extubation, the MMSE score of group A was higher than that of group B (P>0.05); The total incidence of adverse reactions in group A was higher than that in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion?The two anesthesia maintenance methods have their own advantages, but intravenous propofol + inhaled sevoflurane anesthesia maintenance method can inhibit the intraoperative stress response, and has a good effect in gynecological tumor surgery, which is conducive to the early postoperative recovery of patients.
