微生物天然产物生物及化学信息学最新进展

摘    要:摘要:微生物天然产物一直是药物开发的重要源泉,而且目前仍是新结构天然产物的重要来源。但随着微生物天然产物基数的增加,重复发现已经成为制约其发展的主要因素,而基于生物信息学和化学信息学建立起来的基因组挖掘技术是解决这一问题的关键。近年来天然产物相关信息学研究一直处于加速发展阶段,为了使天然产物研究者能够及时了解并选择性使用这些信息学工具,以提高新化合物的发现效率,本文对近两年来微生物天然产物研究领域相关的信息学工具进行了综述。

Abstract:Abstract Microbial natural products have always been a main source for drug development, and are still an important source for novel structural scaffolds. However, with the growth of the number of microbial natural products, repeated discovery has become the main bottleneck for new discovery. Genome mining technology, based on bioinformatics and cheminformatics, has become a key to resolve the problem. Research on the natural product related informatics is currently under rapid growth.
