蜡样芽胞杆菌毒素的最新研究进展

摘要: 蜡样芽胞杆菌为人畜共患的食源性条件致病菌。该菌分泌的呕吐毒素与腹泻型肠毒素可致宿主出现呕吐或腹泻的 临床症状。毒素的产生及毒性的强弱受多种因素共同调控，毒性较强时可导致宿主发生死亡。目前可知该菌的毒力在逐渐增 强，宿主种类也在逐渐增多。本文对蜡样芽胞杆菌的cereulide、Hbl、Nhe、CytK及HlyII等毒素的结构、功能及致病机制进行阐 述，以期能为今后蜡样芽胞杆菌的研究提供理论基础。

Abstract Bacillus cereus is a foodborne conditional pathogen of zoonosis. The vomiting toxin and diarrhea enterotoxin secreted by the bacteria can cause clinical symptoms of vomiting or diarrhea in the host.
