实验性脾虚及冷束缚应激大鼠十二指肠电-机械活动变化与胃肠肽关系研究

摘    要:目的 研究实验性脾虚大鼠与冷束缚应激大鼠引起胃肠功能紊乱可能的共同机理。方法 本研究采用高灵敏度双银球电极-应变片记录了实验性脾虚大鼠及冷束缚应激大鼠十二指肠的电-机械活动。结果 发现实验性脾虚大鼠及冷束缚应激大鼠十二指肠电活动的慢波平均频率降低,振幅降低(P<0.001);实验性脾虚大鼠及冷应激大鼠运动频率降低,振幅增加(P<0.001),离散度增加(P<0.001),MMC周期缩短。结论 实验性脾虚大鼠及冷束缚应激大鼠十二指肠电-机械活动紊乱。其电-机械活动变化与十二指肠SP,VIP等胃肠肽含量改变可能具有机制上的密切联系。

Abstract:Objective To investigate mechanisms of gastrointestinal motility disorders presented in spleen deficiency (SD) Rats and cold restrain stress rats. Methods Using electrode and highly sensitive sensor to record alteration of duodenum electric activity and motility. Results The study suggested that frequency and amplitude of electric activity was lower in SD and cold restrain stress rats than control groups (P < 0.001); Which motion frequency of SD and cold restrain stress rats was lower than control groups (P < 0.001), while motion amplitude was higher than control groups. The time of MMC was obviously less than control. Conclusion The results show that changes of electro - mechanical activity and gastrointestinal peptides in duodenum may be related to the gastrointestinal motility disorders presented in SD and cool stress rats.
