| 摘 要： | 在世界人口走向老龄化的同时，皮层下动脉硬化性脑病近年来有上升趋势。本研究根据国内外有关皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的相关文献，对皮层下硬化性脑病的病理表现、临床症状、影像学诊断现状等方面进行综述。
