建筑工地民工艾滋病认知状况及行为特征分析

目的了解建筑工地民工艾滋病防治知识认知水平、行为特征及HIV感染情况，为流动人群健康教育和行为干预提供科学依据。方法采取面对面问卷调查法，同时抽取血样做梅毒和艾滋病病毒（HIV）血清学检测。结果共调查建筑工地民工797人，平均年龄为38．83±9．97岁，艾滋病知晓率为37．51％，最近一年艾滋病检测率只有3．39％。3．14％的人最近1年有过商业性行为，安全套的使用率低（36％），HIV检出率为0．25％。结论流动人群艾滋病防治知识普遍缺乏，对其进行有针对性的健康教育和行为干预，推广艾滋病自愿咨询检测，对预防和控制艾滋病流行具有重要意义。

Analysis on knowledge and features of risk behavior about AIDS among floating construction workers

Objective To understand the status of knowledge and features of risk behavior, the prevalence of HIV among floating construction workers and to provide the scientific evidence for health education and behavior interference. Methods sampling were investigated by face-to-face with consent with the structured-questionnaire, the blood sample was drawn from workers for syphilis and HIV test. Results A total of 797floating construction workers entered this study. The average age was （38.83±9.97）years old. The level of AIDS knowledge was 37.51%, the rate of HIV test was 3.39% last year. 3.14% of them have sex with commerce sexual partners, just 36% of them had condom use every time. The rate of HIV infection was 2.5%. Conclusion The floating construction workers lacked the knowledge of AIDS prevention. It is urgent to strengthen AIDS health education and behavior intervention, advocate VCT to curb HIV spread and epidemic among floating construction workers.
