| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高尔夫钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法:采用高尔夫钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折28例。结果:全部病例随访6个月~18个月,平均13个月,均获得骨折愈合。按Merchant标准,优21例,良5例,可2例。结论:应用高尔夫钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折,创伤小,固定牢靠,可早期功能锻炼,并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tibia plateau fracture is treatd by the golf plate. Methods:The golf plate fixation was adopted in 28 cases of tibial plateau fractures from January 2001 to June 2004. Results:Follow- up for 6 months~18 months (mean,13 months) showed bone union in all the patients. The results of therapy were assessed according to the Merchant criteria as follows:excellent in 21,good in 5 and fair in 2. Conclusions:Golf plate fixation in the management of tibial plateau fractures might have advantages of minimal trauma,reliable fixation,early movement and fewer complications, being a valuable clinical alternative. |
