| 摘 要： | 为探讨胰岛素抵抗（ＩＲ）与陈旧性心肌梗塞患者血浆载脂蛋白Ｅ（ＡｐｏＥ）浓度间关系，收集５５例陈旧性心肌梗塞患者及４７例对照组。用血浆空腹血糖浓度（ＦＰＧ）×血浆空腹胰岛素浓度（ＦＰＩ）÷２２．５计算ＩＲ。用免疫比浊法测定血浆ＡｐｏＥ浓度。结果陈旧性心肌梗塞组血浆ＦＰＩ、ＩＲ与ＡｐｏＥ水平间存在显著统计学正相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示胰岛素抵抗与陈旧性心肌梗塞患者血浆ＡｐｏＥ水平间存在相关关系。

| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to explore the relation between insulin resistance(IR) and levels plasma apolipoprotein E (ApoE) in survivors of old myocardial infarction。The IR was calculated by fast plasma insulin (FPI) uU/ml× fast plasma glucose mM÷22.5;The plasma ApoE level was determined by immunoturbidimetric assay in 55 patients with old myocardial infaretion and 47 control subjects.The results showed that the positive correlation between FPI.IR and plasma ApoE was found in patients with old myocardial infarction (P<0.05).The experiment indicated that the relation between IR and plasma ApoE in survivors of old myocardial infarction existed. |
