| 摘 要： | 应用X-刀治疗颅内巨大肿瘤及脑血管畸形128例,以中、小病灶为主,亦可作为颅内巨大肿瘤综合治疗的一部分.强调了最大剂量与覆盖剂量比及治疗体积与靶体积比两项比值的重要性.治疗效果的观察,早期主要靠CT扫描检查,一般表现为肿瘤部分失增强效应.

| Abstract: | One hundred and twenty eight cases of intracranial tumors treated with X-knife were reported. Most of them were middle or small sized tumors, some tumors of large size were operated after X-knife treatment. The optimal plan of treatment was the key to secure the treating quality. The importance of the ratios of maximal dose to peripheral dose (MD/PD) and peripheral isodose volume to target volume (PV/TV) were emphasized. About observation of the result, the CT scanning was the main method in early stage. |
