食管鳞状上皮细胞浆、核“量”的变化与癌变关系的研究

摘    要:以组织学诊断为依据,用细胞学进行定量比较研究,计测食管鳞状上皮细胞浆、核“量”的变化数字表明:鉴别癌与非癌细胞时,在细胞核增大的前提下,要考虑胞浆的多寡,即细胞大小为主要参考依据,单一强调细胞核的大小或胞浆的多少,缺乏全面性。计测数字表明,运用细胞浆、核的比值来鉴别重度增生与早期癌细胞根据不足。细胞测量研究是细胞学筛选和诊断自动化技术的一项重要内容。本文计测结果为自动化筛选癌细胞提供了部分理论根据及有关数据。

Abstract:The study of quantitative contrast with cytology was done on the basis of the dignosis of histology.All the various numbers of esophogeal squamous epithelial cells showed that when cancerogenic cells and non—cance—rogenic cells are distingnished on the premise of enlarged cell nucleus,the amount of the cell plasma,that is the size of the cells,should be considered to be the chief refe- rence basis.Lacking all—round consideration is only emphasis on the side of the cell nucleus or the cell plasma. The obtained numbers through experiments proved that it is not nough to determine serious hyperplasia and early carcinoma with the cell plasma and the nucleus ratio. The research into cells is an important content for the sieve with cytology and the technique of auto—diagnosis.This artical′s aim is to provide part of the theoretic basis and some concerned numbers about the canceri—genic cells of auto sieve.
