绝经后干眼症与性激素的关系

目的:探讨绝经后妇女体内性激素的改变与干眼症出现的关系。方法:对绝经后妇女115例(230眼)进行前瞻性研究,对照组为正常健康体验者87例(174眼)。所有受试者均接受干眼症状问询及相关检查。结果:绝经后组干眼症患病率(Case rate)、泪膜的稳定性(SIT、BUT)、眼表面上皮细胞的损害(FL)均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),泪膜功能、改变与绝经后性激素变化有关。结论:绝经后部分妇女泪腺功能降低,泪膜稳定性下降,是干眼症的易患人群。

The relation between postmenopause dry eye and sex hormone

Objective:To investigate the relation between dry eye and postmenopause.Methods:The primary research was carried in 115 postmenopause females(230eyes),and 87 normal females(174 eyes).All patients were inquired about dry eye syndrome and received the exam inantions as follows tear film function,Schimer I test(SIT),tear break-up time(BUT)and comeal fluorescein staining(FL).Results:The postmenopause group showed higher preva-lence rate of dry eye syndrome than the control group.Showing a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).There was a good correlation in tear film function with the hormone changing of the postmenopause.Conclusion:The postmenopause females show a tendency to develop tear film dysfunction and tear film decline stability.They are susceptible population of dry eye.
