恶性肿瘤住院死亡患者68例医院感染情况分析及护理总结

目的：观察并分析医院感染对晚期肿瘤患者的影响并提出相应护理对策。方法：选择68例合并有医院感染的死亡恶性肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析。结果：发现住院时间≥30d的患者医院感染的次数明显高于住院时间＜30d的患者，且两者比较，因医院感染而直接导致死亡及使病情恶化的比例有显著性差异，感染部位以下呼吸道及泌尿生殖道感染多见。结论；就医院感染与晚期肿瘤的关系进行分析，并从护理角度对晚期肿瘤患者预防、治疗感染方面的护理特点进行了总结。

Analysis of 68 Dead Malignant Tumor Cases with Hospital-acquired Infection and Summary in Nursing Field

Objective: This article observes and analyzes ihe influence of nosocomial infectIon on terminal patients with maligant tumors. Methods: The death causes were analysed in 68 hospital-acquired infection cases suffering from malignant tumors. Results: We found that the patients who had been in hospital for more than 30 days were easier to be infected comparing with those who had been in hospital for less than 30 days. and the mortality caused by nosocomical infection was higher.Among 68 cases. the infection on lower respiratory tract, urinary and genetic tract is frequently found. Conclusion: The nursing characteristics of preventing and treating nosocomical infection was summarized.
