| 摘 要： | 目的探讨异基因造血干细胞移植患者的护理。方法5例患者在100级层流病房内全环境保护下行异基因造血干细胞移植治疗，在治疗期间进行一系列的病情观察及护理，直到造血功能重建、植活稳定后迁出层流室。结果5例患者移植期间无明显发热、出血、感染及其他严重并发症发生，造血功能顺利重建。结论造血干细胞移植前后的护理工作对移植的成功具有关键作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the nursing of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (ALLO-HSCT ). Methods: 5 patients with leukemia were transplanted from HLA-identical sibling in the laminated air-flow room under the environmentaI protection and a series of nursing interventions were given till the hematopoietic reconstruction and engraftment- Results: No apparent fever, infection, bleeding and other serious complications occurred in all 5 cases and hematopoiesis was successfully reconstructed. Conclusions: Effective nursing interventions for ALLO-HSCT were crucial to the success of ALLO-HSCT. |
