| Abstract: | Due to the rarity of choledochal cystic dilatation, the authors report a clinical case of common bile duct diverticulum. This diverticulum was histologically composed of gastric ectopic mucosa (pyloric type) and it clinically caused chronic abdominal pain (in a young woman). The authors analyse the literature of the above pathology. |
