| 摘 要： | 目的：观察异长春花硷（NVB）联合顺铂（PDD）组成NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法：NP方案联合治疗32例晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC），其中男25例，女7例；Ⅲ期23例，Ⅳ期9例。用药方法为，NVB25mg/m^2,iv.d1,d8;PDD80mg/m^2,iv,d1每21天重复。结果：全组32例中CR1例，PR16例，SD12例，PD3例，总有效率为53．1％。NVB限制性毒性为白细胞下降（96．8％），其中Ⅲ、Ⅳ度为56．0％；静脉炎发生率为40．6％。结论：以NVB和PDD联合治疗NSCLC有效率较高，是一个较好的抗肺癌化疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the combined chemotherapy efficacy and toxicity of NVB and PDD regimen on advanced non-small call lung cancer.Methods: All the 32 patients were treated with NP regimen. NVB 25 mg/m2 iv, for Day 1 and 8; PDD 80mg/m iv, for day 1. The treatment was recycled every 21 days. Results: Complete response was achieved in 1 case, partial response in 16 cases, stable in 12 cases, progression in 3 cases. The overall response rate was 53.1% . Side reactions were mainly myelosuppression and phlebitis. Conclusion: The NP regimen is a better one for advanced NSCLC. |
