神经妥乐平用于星状神经节阻滞40例的临床疗效

目的观察神经妥乐平行星状神经节阻滞（SGB）的镇痛效果和不良反应。方法选择头面部、上肢及胸背部带状疱疹后神经痛患者74例。随机分为2组，分别采用神经妥乐平和1％利多卡因进行SGB。在每次阻滞前、阻滞后15min观察2组收缩压、舒张压、心率；治疗前及治疗后1、2．3、4、8周的视觉模拟评分（VAS）和睡眠质量评分（oS）。结果SGB后15min2组血压、心率均下降，2组间差异无统计学意义。神经妥乐平组治疗前VAS为8．84±0．66，QS为3．78±0．31；治疗8周后VAS评分和QS评分均明显降低分别为1．11±0．38和0．22±0．13，与治疗前比较有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01），与利多卡因组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用神经妥乐平和1％利多卡因行SGB对治疗带状疱疹后神经痛均有治疗作用，且前者止痛效果优于后者，而且霍纳综合征发生率低，对缓解带状疱疹后神经痛和改善睡眠质量疗效显著；因此是临床治疗本病的较满意方法。

Therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion block with neurotropin in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in 40 patients

AIM To observe the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of stellate ganglion block （SGB） with neurotropin intervention in the residual post-herpetic neuralgia （PHN）. METHODS Seventy-four patients （aged 55 - 87 years）suffering from residual PHN were selected and divided into two groups randomly, and received SGB respectiveUy with neurotropin and 1% lidocaine. Before and 15 min after SGB,BP and HR were observed. The clinical effect was evaluated before and after treatment by visual analogue scale（VAS）and quality of sleep（QS）. RESULTS VAS and QS were 8.84 ± 0.66 and 3.78 ± 0.31 before treatment, and 1.11 ± 0.38 and 0.22 ± 0.13 after treatment in treatment group, There were significant differences （ P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION The clinical effect of SGB with neurotropin is efficient on relief of PHN and improvement of quality of sleep. This therapy is safe for patients.
