双歧三联活菌预防抗生素相关性腹泻的疗效

目的探讨双歧三联活菌胶囊对危重患者抗生素相关性腹泻的预防作用。方法收集2005年1月至2007年12月我院重症监护室收住的168例危重患者，根据抗感染治疗时是否加用双歧三联活菌胶囊，分治疗组和对照组，比较2组腹泻的发生情况。结果①治疗组腹泻发生率低于对照组（15．85％vs 38．37％，P〈0．01），腹泻天数少于对照组[（3±1．00）d vs（10±5．00）d，P〈0．05]；②分别以急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分和血清白蛋白浓度进行分层分析，治疗组和对照组腹泻发生率比较差异均有高度统计学意义（P均〈0．01）；③治疗组和对照组伪膜性肠炎分别发生0和8例，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论双歧三联活菌胶囊能有效预防危重患者抗生素相关性腹泻及伪膜性肠炎的发生。

Prevention of antibiotic associated diarrhea by Bifid Triple Viable

A/M To explore the prevention of antibiotic associated diarrhea in critically ill patients by Bifid Triple Viable. METHODS One hundred and sixty-eight critically ill patients in intensive care unit（ICU） from January 2005 to December 2007 were collected, who had been received anti-infection treatment, and divided into two groups（ treatment and control groups） by given Bifid Triple Viable or not. The occurrence condition of diarrhea was compared. RESULTS ①The morbidity of diarrhea in treatment group was lower than that in control group （ 15.85% vs 38.37%, P 〈 0.01） ; the diarrhea during time was lower than control group[ （3 ±1.00） day vs （ 10 ±5.00） day, P 〈 001 ]. ② The morbidity of diarrhea between the treatment group and the control group existed significant difference, when the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ scale and the serum albumin concentration stratified, P both 〈 0.01. ③ The occurrence numbers of pseudomenbraneonscolitis between the treatment group and the control group（0：8） existed significant difference, P 〈 0.01. CONCLUSION Bifid Triple Viable may be used to prevent antibiotic associated diarrhea and pseudomenbraneonscolitis in critically ill patients effectively.
