| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中癌胚抗原（CEA）、细胞角质蛋白片段21-1（CYFRA21-1）和组织多肽特异性抗原（TPS）在肺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法采用电化学发光法检测47例肺癌患者血清和BALF中CEA、CYFRA21-1的水平,采用双抗体夹心法（ELISA法）检测47例肺癌患者血清和BALF中TPS水平。结果47例患者BALF中CEA、CYFRA21-1和TPS水平均明显高于血清（均P〈0.01）。结论 BALF中的3种肿瘤标志物检测在肺癌的诊断中有一定的意义,其临床价值优于血清。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of detection of carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）, cytokeratin fragment 21-1（CYFRA 21-1） and tissue polypeptide specific antigen（TPS） in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid（BALF） in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods The levels of CEA and CYFRA 21-1 were detected by electrochemiluminescence method and the levels of TPS were measured by ELISA in serum and BALF from 47 patients with lung cancer. Results The levels of CEA,CYFRA 21-1 and TPS in BALF was significantly higher than those in serum（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The detection of CEA, CYFRA 21-1 and TPS in BALF has a certain significance, and is superior to that in serum for diagnosing lung cancer. |
