鼻内镜下改良鼻中隔成形术治疗青少年鼻中隔偏曲的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 探讨鼻内镜下改良鼻中隔成形术对青少年鼻中隔偏曲手术治疗的可行性及手术效果。方法 对47例18岁以下鼻中隔偏曲的患者进行鼻内镜下改良鼻中隔成形术治疗。结果 47例鼻中隔偏曲患者全部得到矫正,其中伴发慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉者2例在术中一并实施鼻窦开放术。所有患者手术均顺利,随访1~6年。所有患者对手术均满意,临床症状全部消失或改善,总有效率为100%,并且无并发症发生。结论 鼻内镜下改良鼻中隔成形术具有手术范围小、损伤少、出血少、术后并发症少等优点,可以作为治疗青少年鼻中隔偏曲有效的治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of endoscopic modified septoplasty for nasal septal deviation in adolescents. Methods Forty-seven patients younger than 18 years of age underwent endoscopic modified septoplasty for nasal septum deviation. Results Nasal septal deviation was corrected in all patients. Among them, endoscopic sinus surgery was performed for nasal polyps associated with chronic sinusitis in 2 patients. All patients successfully underwent the operation and were satisfied with surgery results. After 1-6 years of follow-up,all clinical symptoms disappeared or improved without the occurrence of complications. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The endoscopic modified septoplasty has the advantages of smaller operation range,less damage and bleeding and fewer postoperative complications. Therefore, it can be used as an effective method for treating nasal septum deviation and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
