蝶骨颈床孔的影像学测量及临床解剖学意义

目的:获取蝶骨颈床孔的基本数据、形态特征等初步资料,为研究颈床孔与临床相关疾病提供临床解剖学资料。方法:回顾性分析丽水市中心医院头颅CT扫描的1997例人群,统计颈床孔阳性者平均出现率,并且对有颈床孔阳性的人群CT图像进行三维重建。重建图像后,测量颈床孔前后距离、左右距离。结果:颈床孔阳性者平均出现率为5.3%;对筛查出106例颈床孔阳性者(男性占60.4%、女性占39.6%)进行了数据分析,其中男性出现率为6.4%,女性出现率为4.2%;对男、女性之间颈床孔径值左右径、前后径值数据进行统计学比较分析,结果显示差异均无统计学意义。结论:颈床孔出现率较少且形态不规则,术前行多层螺旋CT及三维重建技术能够准确对颈床孔的孔径进行综合评估,可有效避免手术风险。

Radiological measurement and clinical anatomical significance of the caroticoclinoid formen

Objective:To provide basic anatomical data for the study of the caroticoclinoid foramen and related clinical diseases through obtaining preliminary data like the basic data and morphological features of the caroticoclinoid foramen on the sphenoid bone.Methods:A total of 1997 cases of skull CT scan in Lishui Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The average incidence rate of positive caroticoclinoid forman was analyzed,and the CT images of positive caroticoclinoid forman were reconstructed.After the reconstructing,the distances between the front and the back,and the right and left were measured.Results:The average incidence rate of positive caroticoclinoid forman was 5.3％.The data were analyzed in 106 cases of positive caroticoclinoid forman (male 60.4％ and female 39.6％).The male incidence rate was 6.4％,and the female incidence rate was 4.2 ％.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between males and females in the anteroposterior and transverse diameter of the caroticoclinoid foramen.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between males and females in anteroposterior and transverse diameter of the caroticoclinoid forrnan.Conclusion:The incidence rate of caroticoclinoid forman is low and has irregular shape.Preoperative multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction can comprehensively evaluate the pore diameter of caroticoclinoid forman,which can effectively avoid the operative risk.
