盐酸氨溴索佐治小儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的:观察静脉注射盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎(毛支)的临床疗效。方法:将临床确诊的毛支患儿200例,应用双盲法随机分为两组:对照组80例给予抗病毒及对症处理。治疗组120例在抗病毒、对症处理的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索治疗,两组比较。结果:治疗组治愈率(90.0%)明显优于对照组(66.3%),两组相比差异有显著意义(P<0.005),并未见明显副作用。结论:静脉应用盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可以快速缓解症状、提高治愈率,是一种安全、有效的方法。

Clinical observation on efficacy of mucosolvan helper therapy in children with brochiolitis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of mucosolvan helper ther apy in children with brochiolitis. Methods: 200 cases of children with brochioli tis were randomly divided into two groups by double blind method: 80 cases in co ntrol group were only given antivirotic and expectant treatment; 120 cases in tr eatment group were given mucosolvan based on therapy on control group. Results: The cure rate of treatment group (90.0%) is significantly better than the contro l group's (66.3%), there is significant difference between the two groups (P < 0 .005), and there is no obvious side effect. Conclusion: Mucosolvan helper therap y in children with brochiolitis is a safe, effective method, it can rapidly remi t the symptom and improve the cure rate.
