摘    要:目的 :探讨肾癌组织中微血管密度 (MVD)与其组织学类型、肿瘤分级及转移之间的关系 ;评价MVD对肾癌预后评估的意义。方法 :应用Ⅷ因子相关抗原单克隆抗体进行免疫组化SABC法染色 ,检测 49例原发性肾癌根治性切除术标本中MVD ,并以 10例正常肾组织为对照。结果 :49例肾癌组织中平均MVD为 (5 8.6 2± 2 3.86 ) ,明显高于正常肾组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;与其局部淋巴结转移无相关性 (P >0 .0 1) ,而与肾癌的分级、远处转移及 5a生存期有相关性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :肾癌组织中MVD与其组织学类型、肿癌分级、远处转移及生存期均密切相关 ,检测肿瘤组织中MVD可作为评估肾癌预后的一项重要指标

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the relationship of microvessel density(MVD) in renal cell carcinoma tisues to histologic type,tumor grade and metastasis;and to evaluate the prognostic significance of MVD in renal cell carcinoma tisues.Methods:The specimens were from 49 patients with primary renal cell carcinoma by radical nephrectomy.MVD was evaluated by immunohistochemistry using the labeled strentavidin-biotin-preoxidase method with a monoclonal antibody directed against factor Ⅷ-related antigen(FⅧ-RAg).Results:The mean MVD of 49 cases of renal cell carcinoma was(58.62±23.86),which was significantly higher than that in the normal renal tissues(P<0.01).MVD did not correlate with metastasis of local lymph node(P>0.01);however,MVD was correlated to tumor grade,distant metastasis and 5 year survival duration(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is suggested that MVD in renal cell carcinoma tissues is significantly correlated to histologic type,tumor grade,distant metastasis and survival duration.Assessment of tumor MVD is therefore probably one of the most important prognostic predictors of renal cell carcinoma.
