桂枝芍药知母汤对转基因小鼠胶原诱导性关节炎CRP、IL-2的影响

目的:观察经方桂枝芍药知母汤对HLA-DR4转基因小鼠胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素2(1L-2)表达水平的影响,以探讨桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的作用机理.方法:采用HLA-DR4转基因小鼠CIA动物模型,评价造模后桂枝芍药知母汤早期给药对CRP、IL 2的影响.结果:与模型组比较,该方能明显降低RA转基因小鼠的CRP、IL-2(P＜0.05);同时,RA转基因阴性鼠中药组与转基因阳性鼠中药组比较,CRP明显降低(P＜0.05).结论:桂枝芍药知母汤有改善RA的病情和症状,抑制IL-2和CRP分泌的作用,这可能是本方治疗RA取得良好疗效的机理之一.

Effects of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on CRP and IL-2 Level in Collagen-induced Arthritis of Transgenic Mice

Objective:To observe effects of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on C reaction protein(CRP)and interlukin-2(IL-2)level in collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)of HLA-DR_4 transgenic mice,so as to explore the mechanism of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:Effects of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on CRP and IL-2 level in HLA- DR_4 transgenic mice of CIA were investigated at early treatment.Results:The recipe could significantly decrease CRP and IL-2 level in transgenic mice of CIA as compared with that in the model group(P<0.05);And CRP decreased significantly in Chinese medicine group of RA transgenic negative mice as compared with that of Chinese medicine group of RA transgenic positive mice (P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction can improve the state of illness and symptoms of RA,inhibit secretion of IL-2 and CRP,which is possibly one of the mechanisms of the recipe in treatment of RA.
