老年甲状腺功能减退性疾病的诊治分析

目的了解老年住院患者甲状腺功能（甲功）减退性疾病的发病与相关疾病的诊治过程。方法收集了2007年全年非甲状腺疾病入院的409例老年及老年前期住院患者的甲功情况与相关疾病的诊治方法。结果409例中有16例（3．6％）患有甲状腺减退性疾病，1例46岁、2例50岁，余均在60岁以上，最大年龄88岁，平均（73．06±13．38）岁；其中3例甲状腺功能减退（甲减），12例亚临床甲状腺功能减退（亚临床甲减），1例低13综全征，8例经小剂量左旋甲状腺素（L—T4、优甲乐）治疗后临床表现明显改善。结论有冠心病、高血压、脂代谢紊乱的老年就诊患者在有条件的情况下应常规作甲功检查。
