注射用磷酸肌酸钠治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的探讨注射用磷酸肌酸钠治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将26例难治性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组（13例）和治疗组（13例）。对照组给予吸氧、休息、强心、利尿、扩血管、抗感染、纠正心律失常和电解质紊乱，控制液体入量。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加生理盐水100—250m1加注射用磷酸肌酸钠1—2g，静脉滴注，1次／d。两组均两周为一疗程。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（总有效率92．3％对76．9％，P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后LVEF明显改善（P〈0．01），且优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后V1导联P波终末电势较对照组明显改善（P〈0．01）。结论注射用磷酸肌酸钠能提高临床疗效，改善左心室射血分数（LVEF）和V1导联P波终末电势，是治疗难治性心力衰竭的有效药物。

The Therapeutic Effects of Creatine Phosphate Sodium on Refractory Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of creatine phosphate sodium in patients with refractory heart failure. Methods The 26 patients with refractory heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 13 ） and control group （ n = 13 ）. Standard therapeutic scheme is used in control group, standard therapeutic scheme creatine phosphate sodium was used in treatment group. Treatment group was treated with creatine phosphate sodiun, 1 -2g intravenous drip once a day. Two weeks as a treatment course. Results In treatment group, total clinical effective rate is 92. 3% ; control group is 76. 9%. The clinical efficacy in treatment group is higher than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Left ventricular rejection fraction （LVEF） increased in treatment group with significant difference comparing with control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In treatment group, the terminal force of P wave in lead vl was improved ,it was a statistical significant compared to control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium is increased the clinical efficacy, improved the LVEF and the terminal force of P wave in lead vl is effective drug in treatment of refractory heart failure.
