前列腺增生患者膀胱顺应性相关尿流动力学指标的影响因素

目的探讨尿流动力学检查过程中,前列腺增生(BPH)患者顺应性检测数据的影响因素,通过修正顺应性标签的设置等方法,更客观真实地反应患者膀胱功能状况。方法通过对193例BPH患者(合并膀胱过度活动的患者89例以及不合并膀胱过度活动的患者104例)尿流动力学检查过程中使用技术的变化,分析引起检测结果数据异常的原因,并对检测结果作出相应的调整。结果对于合并OAB的患者,尿流动力学检查设备自动生成的膀胱顺应性比值(BC值)误差发生率较高;对于低顺应性患者,灌注速度对BC值有明显干扰;对于合并重度OAB的患者,尿动力学检查数据重复性差。结论对于合并OAB的BPH患者,应注意低速灌注,修正顺应性标签的设置使尿流动力学检测结果更客观真实。

Influencing factors of urodynamic bladder compliance index in patients with benign prostate hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of bladder compliance （BC） in urodynamic test for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）, in order to improve urodynamic examination technics. Methods Technics used in the urodynamic examination for 193 patients with BPH and causes of abnormal data were analyzed. Results The generated BC values of urodynamic examination equipment automatically had higher error rate. The perfusion speed had an obvious influ- ence on test results. For severe overactive bladder （OAB）, the checked data of two examinations over the same period had great difference. Conclusion For BPH patients complicated with OVB, the speed of perfusion should be slow. Attention should be paid to compliance label setting in order to obtain accurate examination results.
