| 摘 要： | 为了提高对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的认识及手术技巧,减少术后并发症,本文讨论TURP的手术指征、手术方式、手术并发症等。TURP仍是手术治疗前列腺增生(BPH)的金标准。TURP虽然手术技术很成熟,但某些细节仍值得我们进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | To improve the knowledge and surgical techniques of transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） and to re- duce postoperative complications. In this article we discussed the surgical indications, procedures and complications of TURP. TURP is still the surgical gold standard of hyperplasia （BPH）. Although surgical techniques of TURP are mature now, some details are still debatable. |
