| 摘 要： | 经皮肾镜取石术(percutaneou nephrolithotomy,PCNL)是上尿路结石的一线治疗方法。PCNL所导致的手术并发症不仅影响到该技术的普及和发展,而且会对患者造成严重的损害。本文将对PCNL的严重并发症出血、感染性休克和结肠损伤的相关因素、预防措施和治疗方法进行综述,以帮助PCNL安全开展。

| Abstract: | percutaneou nephrolithotomy（PCNL） is the first-line treatment of renal calculi.The complications are negative to the popularization and improvement of PCNL,and will be harmful to the patients.In this paper we review the prevention and management of serious complications in PCNL,such as hemorrhage,septic shock and colon injury. |
