非洲儿童功能性便秘合并膀胱过度活动症23例临床分析

目的评估小儿功能性便秘合并膀胱过度活动症(OAB)患者在治疗便秘后对OAB症状的影响。方法采用罗马Ⅲ诊断标准、布里斯托尔大便分类Ⅰ/Ⅱ型确诊功能性便秘,利用OAB症状评分表(OABSS)及OAB-V8量表确诊合并OAB病例,给予乳果糖治疗便秘21d后评估疗效及OAB症状缓解情况。结果 78例小儿功能性便秘患者中23例合并OAB(29.5%)。治疗后,小儿功能性便秘合并OAB患者中便秘治疗总有效率87.0%,OABSS及OAB-V8量表OAB症状缓解率均为73.9%,便秘治疗后OAB症状程度明显好于治疗前。结论小儿功能性便秘中OAB的发病率高,诊疗时要注意OAB的诊断,随着小儿便秘的纠正OAB的症状也相应改善。

Clinical analysis of 23 cases of functional constipation complicated with overactive bladder in African children

Objective To assess the prevalence of overactive bladder （OAB） in children with functional constipation and the influence of OAB symptoms after treating functional constipation. Methods Roman Ⅲ Criteria and Bristol Stool Catego- ry I/Ⅱ were used to diagnose functional constipation, and OABSS and OAB-V8 quantization tables were used to diagnose complicated OAB. 21 days after lactulose administration, the remission of constipation and OAB symptoms were evaluated. Results A total of 23 cases （29.5%0） were complicated with OAB out of 78 pediatric functional constipation patients. The therapeutic effective rate of constipation in the 23 cases reached 87.0%, and the symptom remission rate of OAB was 73.9%. The OAB symptoms were improved significantly after functional constipation therapy. Conclusions OAB is relatively preva- lent among patients with functional constipation; therefore, OAB should be taken into consideration in diagnosis. OAB symp- toms will be improved with the recovery of functional constipation.
