| 摘 要： | 研究专题讲座形式对强化临床实习生人文素质和临床工作能力的影响,将某医学院校的200名临床实习生随机分成A、B两组,每组100名实习生,A组接受强化素质教育,B组未接受强化素质教育。临床实习1年后,对两组实习生的文素质状况和临床工作能力进行比较分析。结果发现,与未接受强化素质教育的实习生进行比较,接受强化素质教育的实习生,人文素质和临床工作能力均得到显著提升(P<0.01);相关性分析显示,实习生的临床工作能力与其人文素质状况呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。表明采用专题讲座形式的强化素质教育措施,可以达到短期内提升学生人文素质、提高临床工作能力的目的,值得在临床实习教学中借鉴。
