| 摘 要： | 目的采用多层螺旋CT增强扫描（MSCTA）了解腹腔动脉（CA）、肠系膜上动脉（SMA）主干的活体解剖情况,为影像学诊断及临床诊治提供影像解剖学资料。方法选取符合条件的200例成人增强扫描于动脉期采集的容积数据,应用薄层横断性多平面重组（MPR）、最大密度投影（MIP）和容积重建（VR）法重建,观察CA、SMA主干相对于脊柱的开口位置,测量CA和SMA主干的直径、与矢状面夹角及与矢状面的夹角、两动脉开口在身体长轴线的间距。结果 200例中CA、SMA主干均能清楚显示并测值。结论多层螺旋CT增强扫描能反映CA、SMA主干的解剖细节和相互关系。
