| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis,SAP）的＂个体治疗方案＂。方法回顾性分析45例SAP患者的临床诊治资料,评价其诊治的临床效果。结果在45例SAP患者中,28例非胆源性SAP的治愈率为82.14%,17例胆源性SAP的治愈率为100%;仅行非手术治疗的25例SAP患者治愈率为63.63%,非手术治疗后行手术治疗的8例SAP患者治愈率为87.50%,12例早期行急诊手术的SAP患者治愈率为100%。结论对于SAP的治疗,在遵循治疗原则、严格掌握手术指针的同时,应综合判断患者病情、采取个体化治疗方案,可提高SAP的救治率。
